A Modern workshop build in north Cornwall recently worked with on this. Very happy with the finish, from the ground up we completed the foundations, block work, roofing, slates, soffits, fascia and cladding, and all the finishing touches. ✨

A proper mix of Cornish weather during this build, from sleet to sunshine and some hellish gales along the coast.

First few photos are the finished product, with some lucky sun shining down, after this it’s a run through from start to finish covering all aspects of the build.

A great few hours work repointing the upper section of this gorgeous house, the work was carried out as there was a suspected leak seeping through the previous pointing and creating damp inside the property.

A quick day up on the scaffold tower in the gorgeous sun quickly turned to a very wet and rainy cleanup!

Stripping out old insulation in preparation for us to introduce new insulation roll and for us to board the floor, allowing us clear access to the rest of the roof space.

A long and dirty afternoon, but with the appropriate PPE it was another job ticked off.
