For this unique chapel conversion, standard furniture was never going to cut it. We breathed new life into the building's original timber pews, engineering them into these commanding, 2.6-meter-high bespoke bookcases.

By retaining the raw character and historical grain of the timber, we’ve created a flawless architectural feature that looks as though it has always belonged here. This is the difference when you invest in true heritage joinery it honors the building while elevating the space.

Some projects ask more of you than others. This one asked us to work with a staircase that centuries of history had shaped on its own terms a sweeping spiral of ancient Cornish granite, where no two steps were quite alike.

Our task was to design and install a bespoke solid oak handrail that followed every curve with absolute precision respecting the character of the stone while bringing warmth, safety, and craftsmanship to a truly remarkable space.

The result is something we're quietly proud of. A piece that feels as though it was always meant to be there.

A 260 year old cob cottage deserves windows that belong there. 🏡

When our clients got in touch from Canada, they trusted us to handle everything from assessing what was needed, to fitting the new ground floor windows and repainting the rest, all while they were thousands of miles away.

We kept them updated every step of the way with photos so they could see the progress in real time. The brief was simple: make it look like it’s always been there.

We put our joiners on the spot "What's one thing James is absolutely obsessively detailed about?"
Adam didn't even hesitate. 😄

It's the waterproofing. Every window, every door James checks that the DPC is installed perfectly, every surface is angled correctly, and every seal is done right. No exceptions.

It might add a bit of time. But it means your installation won't let you down in 3 years when the weather turns.
