I recently had a new window and door fitted by Bude Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. The installation was carried out smoothly, with minimal disruption, and the fitters left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

The quality of the products really stands out — the window feels solid and secure, with excellent insulation, and the door not only looks great but also closes with a reassuring firmness. It’s clear that both were fitted with care and precision.

What impressed me most was the customer service: communication was clear, friendly, and honest throughout the process. I felt confident that the job was being done properly, and the final finish has genuinely improved both the look and comfort of my home.

Window Installer / Trainee Window Installer Wanted

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Window / Conservatory Installer. Ideally, you will have experience in fitting windows and doors; however, if you are hardworking and willing to learn, we are also open to taking on a trainee and providing full training.

The Role:

Installing windows and doors in residential and/or commercial properties
installing Conservatories / Orangeries
Working as part of a team and occasionally independently
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in window installation (preferred but not essential)
Practical skills and a hands-on approach
Good attention to detail
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence (preferred)

We are very pleased with our new high quality windows/doors installed by Bude Windows & Conservatories which replaced our ill-fitting, leaking, wooden ones which were only 5 years old!

Daniel was very helpful from the outset and offered excellent advice throughout the procedure.

Badge and Adrian expertly fitted the windows/doors and were pleasant and efficient throughout the fit (even offering to help us with the difficult removal of a blind!) and left the house clean and tidy each day.

We can highly recommend Bude Windows.

I had heard that Bude Windows and Conservatories was a good company though I was surprised by just how very good they turned out to be .

Planning, construction, communication, follow up - fussy as I am I was unable to fault them. The real and most pleasant surprise was revealed in the nature of the people who make up this company. They were simply outstanding to deal with, a genuine pleasure to have around my home. Without embarrassing individuals by name , I’ll try to be more specific.

The building teams were well led, with quality throughout, despite spells of outrageous almost unworkable weather . Top marks for skill work ethic, attention to detail. The gentlemen clearly wanted to get it right for us.

Dan and the office staff kept us well informed, always ‘got back’ promptly with information and support in a very helpful way - they are all good, personable, suitably motivated people with hearts and heads aligned to the purpose of a good outcome, very much to the benefit of the customer… Lucky me!

The conservatory was completed within a good time frame for what I think was a fair price.

So, thank you Bude W & C, you collectively made the whole process a good experience for us and we are grateful. I’m quite sure that when the opportunity arises, we will be back knocking on your door with another challenging project.

P.S. Should you follow my recommendation and choose this company for your project it is worth noting that fairly regular coffee and occasional bacon baps are very well received by the gentlemen and also good for adding to their already considerable motivation! 😉
