Utility extension, customer painting walls to save on room so only ceiling done inside. Insulated with 37.5mm insulated plasterboard and skimmed.
Outside was dashed with limestone to be painted to match the existing property.

Lounge freshened up with an over skim. Some walls had mesh embedded and areas filled out before the final coat.

This is a bedroom in a flat which got totally ripped out . I timber framed the external walls and fitted insulated plasterboard . Over boarded the old lath and plaster ceiling, drylined the walls and gave it a full reskim.

I was called by a friend currently living in Spain. His rental property developed a leak on a flat roof in rhos on sea causing water damage to the internal plaster work. I hacked off the affected area including skirting boards . Timber batons were screwed plumb, boarded with insulated plasterboard and skimmed . Also fitted new skirting boards which needed machining to match the original

It’s been a looong time since I’ve used Facebook but I’m back!
Check out this job we recently finished in a beautiful spot in the hills.
Lots of work went into this one.
Joinery, plaster boarding - including 60mm insulation boards, plastering, rendering and stone cladding which is something I’m hopefully going to be doing more of.
Most importantly a very happy customer and already wants us back for future work!
