The difference between a true professional with over 40 years experience versus a DIY tradesman who hired a machine and called himself a floor sander!!
I had a call from a client who returned home to find her gorgeous oak parquet had severe drum marks from a cheap hire machine that her so called FLOOR SANDER had used and charged a fortune!!
My sanding process involves full sand using professional hi- tech machines then sealed and coated with 3 applications of approved uv lacquer.

A new subfloor was created by using all the recommended materials as it’s VITAL to get this right before you can lay the LVT which is where some people compromise resulting in uneven surfaces.
