- Replace broken toilet seat
- Leak under kitchen sink (Cross threaded waste)
- Bad smell in loft (stack not connected to vent)
- Leak under bath (faulty rubber seal on tap)

Why you should ALWAYS carry out the correct gas testing procedure when commissioning/servicing a property!
Customers 1st boiler service a year after moving in to their new build property and I found a gas leak on the ECV in the meter box.
So just because it's a new home don't assume that everything will be perfect and you don't need a service. 🔧
