Sometimes white is exactly the right answer.

This Origin Global OB49 installation near Brackley - two sets of French doors finished in Hipca White inside and out - is a brilliant example of how a clean, classic finish can be just as impactful as a darker colour.

The warmth of white against the surrounding brickwork is really lovely and the Origin OB49 system gives it a crispness and quality that a standard door simply cannot match. A really satisfying result.

Choosing the right frame colour is one of the most impactful decisions you will make. Swipe through to see how different finishes work on different properties.

Anthracite Grey - the go-to for contemporary homes. Clean, versatile and never dates. Works beautifully on both new builds and older properties.

Jet Black - bold, architectural and increasingly popular. Makes a real statement, particularly on larger openings.

White and Cream - classic choices that suit period and traditional properties perfectly. Timeless and always clean.

Dual colour - different inside and out. Anthracite externally, white internally is one of the most popular combinations we install. The best of both worlds.

Not sure what works for your home? Come and talk to us. We can help you find the right colour for your property and show you samples in person.

Jet black. Nearly three metres tall. And that gable window. 🖤

This Origin Global OB49 combination installation in Beaconsfield is one of those projects that genuinely stops you in your tracks. Finished in RAL 9005 jet black inside and out, we paired the bifold doors with an OW80 gable window and a large shaped picture frame gable window above - and the result is something that feels far more like an architectural statement than a standard glazing installation.

This was part of a wider project where we installed all windows and doors across the property - but it is fair to say this elevation is the showstopper.

If you are planning something a little out of the ordinary, we would love to hear about it.

Exciting news - we are thrilled to be part of the Chiltern View development by Laxton Properties, which has just officially opened.

We are supplying and installing over 172 items across this 15-plot development - Aluplast uPVC windows, composite front doors and aluminium bifold doors, all finished in anthracite grey externally.

The first four plots are done and looking fantastic. Watch this space as the rest of the development takes shape.

This one is a project we are really proud of. Twelve plots. All fitted with Origin OB72 aluminium bifold doors, finished in Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 inside and out.

The scale of a job like this requires real precision - every set has to perform consistently and look immaculate across the whole development. Origin’s OB72 system delivers exactly that. Slim sightlines, smooth operation and a finish that looks as good on plot twelve as it does on plot one. A brilliant result across the board.

Is your home ready for winter? Swipe through our quick checklist before the cold sets in.

Windows - are they sealing properly? Draughts around frames mean heat is escaping and your energy bills are climbing.

Doors - closing cleanly and locking securely? Worn hinges and tired locks are a comfort and security issue.

Glass - any misting between the panes? That means the seal has failed and the unit needs replacing.

Frames and sills - any visible cracks, rot or damage? Small issues become big ones once the damp and cold set in.

If any of these sound familiar, we are happy to come out and take a look. A free visit now could save you a significant amount this winter. Call 01280 815493.

October is here. The leaves are turning, the mornings are crisp and winter is very much on its way.

If you have been putting off a window or door project, the honest truth is that time is now very short for anything to be installed before the cold really sets in.

We are still taking on enquiries but availability is tightening. Get in touch this week and we will tell you exactly what is still achievable before the end of the year.

30/09/2026

Last day of September and the final realistic call for anyone wanting new windows or doors installed before the end of 2026.

Once we are into October, lead times make pre-Christmas delivery increasingly difficult. If your project is still live and you have not yet taken the first step, today is the day.

Get in touch and we will do everything we can to make it happen. Do not let it roll into next year.

25/09/2026

If you have a period property and have been putting off replacing the windows because you are worried nothing will suit it, it is worth knowing that there are systems specifically designed with exactly this challenge in mind.

Flush casement windows sit level with the outer frame - no protruding sashes, no boxy modern look - giving a clean, flat appearance that works beautifully on older and more characterful homes. Available in a range of materials and colours, with slim sightlines and genuine thermal performance.

We are happy to come out and talk through what would work for your property.
