Extension update 👀
This one is really starting to take shape now.

The steelwork is in, the structure is up, and the external walls are nearly ready for the roof to go on. It’s always a good milestone when you can properly see the new space coming together and how it will transform the home.

Plenty more to do, but we’re moving in the right direction and looking forward to getting this one watertight.

Another one taking shape nicely 👌🏻

The structure is up, the timber work is well underway, and we’re almost ready to get this extension watertight with the roof going on next.

It’s always a good feeling when a project starts looking less like a building site and more like the finished vision. Plenty still to do, but this one is moving along nicely.

A huge steel beam installation has taken place this week as the team opens up the rear of the property ready for the next stage of the build.

A serious amount of prep, support work and precision goes into jobs like this before the transformation really starts taking shape 🔨

Another refurb coming to a close 👀

We’re into the final stages on this one now with decoration underway, 2nd fix electrics going in and all the finishing details starting to pull everything together.

Part 2… and now you can really see it all come together.

The decorating’s finished, carpets are down, and every room is now starting to feel like a proper home again.

What started as a full strip out and structural refurbishment is now a clean, modern space finished top to bottom and ready to move straight into.

This project included:
• Full re-wire
• Plumbing works
• New bathrooms
• Plastering & decoration
• New flooring throughout
• Complete refurbishment from start to finish

A huge amount of work has gone into this one over the last few months and the final result speaks for itself.

The finished walkthrough starts here.

After months of work behind the scenes, this refurbishment is finally complete and Matt’s giving you the first full look round the project

From stripped back rooms and exposed structure… to a clean, modern space ready to move straight into.

This one involved a full overhaul throughout, including:

• Decoration

Part 2 👀

The finishing touches are now going in with carpets down, bathrooms completed and the whole place finally coming together.

This one has been a huge refurbishment from top to bottom, bringing the property back to life whilst keeping all of its original character intact 👏🏻

Another huge local refurbishment project nearly over the line 👏🏻

Final decoration is underway, carpets are going in, the finishing touches are happening and this place is finally starting to feel like a home again.

From the original features and high ceilings to the full transformation throughout, there’s been a LOT involved in this one… probably why this has turned into another 2 part tour 👀
