Hej from Denmark 🇩🇰 This summer, we were invited into something special: a journey of listening to the land and building a connection with a beautiful stretch of ancient Danish woodland. In a beautiful partnership with the clients, our work together will explore a deep connection with the land, restoring subtle ecologies throughout and honouring the woodland for all that call it home.

A few snapshots from RHS Badminton last week. 🌿

A huge thank you to Karl and Christine at Nature First Ltd for the invitation. Every garden had a fascinating story to tell, and even the sweltering heat couldn’t detract from the experience.

The Artisan Gardens were a particular favourite of ours, celebrating forgotten materials, traditional craftsmanship, and time-honoured techniques in such inspiring ways.

Bravo to everyone involved! 👏

Join Lynne Franks OBE as she launches WE GROW - a national movement encouraging women across the UK to grow food for their families, communities, and future resilience. Lynne will be joined by sustainable flower farmer Georgie Newbery and RHS Chelsea award-winning designer Lulu Urquhart for a morning of stories, inspiration, and meaningful conversation during Chelsea Flower Show week.

Together, they’ll explore how we can grow ourselves, nurture our communities and cultivate positive natural change. This event is being graciously hosted by The Olwyn Foundation for Women & Girls, The Roof Gardens & Lynne Franks OBE 🌸

🦔🦔 oh my goodness 🦔🦔 there and then gone, they move so fast! But honestly my heart is full from seeing these two tonight in Bruton. Adam & I spoke tonight ~ Wilder Bruton ~ and like a beautiful serendipitous wink at us, these two showed up on my walk home. They move really fast! First they were still, but then when you turn away they motor. But what an amazing sign.. or urgent reminder to us all in Bruton, to make sure these little guys or gals survive and thrive. Let’s make holes in our fences & walls for hedgehog routes throughout Bruton, and leave log stacks and leaf piles JUST for them. 🍂
The hedgehog spiritual meaning centers on protection, resilience and resourcefulness. Often associated with good luck and wisdom, this spirit animal encourages using intuition to navigate life’s challenges with grace and adaptability. A perfect reflection to our beautiful evening informing and driving ecological restoration, nature networking and wilding gardens with the Forest of Selwood Partnership, and Charles Cousins, and the brilliant One Planet Bruton. A gorgeous collaborative and hopeful night. 🦔🦔
