🚰 Bathrooms 🚰

Bathrooms are always a bit random for joiners….theres either loads to do…or nothing. Certainly a fair bit in this one.

Full bathroom ripped out. Floor lifted…joists replaced….area insulated with 100mm kingspan, then new bathroom from
M&M Bathroom & Kitchen World installed with my good friend at DM Plumbing

Little bit different, and turned out stunning 👌🏻

Kitchens

Second hand kitchen….getting a little bit of extra love 🙂

Full kitchen ripped out and repairs done to the plasterboard. Cables ran and area fully plastered

Then fitted this lovely kitchen…..which just happen to fit perfectly….ish into the space.

Made a massive difference and although second hand…..still looks stunning 🙂

All trades organised by myself to make for a stress free install

Herringbone…..it is pretty stunning 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

LVT Herringbone

Was asked to upgrade this hallway from floor boards to something nicer…..and it certainly ended up nicer 😌

Holes in floor boards fixed…..extra joists added in to support flooring….plywood, feather edges joints then glue down Amtico herringbone flooring from Gillies

Looks lovely 👌🏻👌🏻

🔨Glass and oak 🔨

Replaced all upstairs doors along with upstairs banister and handrail.

All replaced with oak and the banister was finished with glass infills from StairBox.com

All looking stunning 😌

🔨 Understair storage 🔨

Hadn’t done any understair projects in a few years….then 3 came along within a few months 😁😁

So much space is wasted under the stairs,
So anything added is a bonus.

2 opening cupboard areas and 1 pull out drawer, as asked by the customer added in ready for customer to paint. All on push to open catches.

🔨 Decking 🔨

Not done very many decks this year, but this one was certainly needing replaced

Old decking fully ripped up and replaced with a lovely new composite deck from Dino Decking

Finished off with new glass banister and higher fence 👌🏻
