A day in the trees 🌳

This Ash needed a fair bit of work, so it was up the tree for our climber Scott and down it came, piece by piece.

No shortcuts. Just good climbing, careful rigging and a lot of hard work from the team. 💪🌳

Great conditions today meant even our apprentice Ryan had a practice climb! 🧗 🌳

From the ground, this mature oak looked healthy—but hidden high in the canopy were several dead branches that had the potential to fall without warning.

Back to our roots today 🌲💪
After a few days up in the MEWP, it was time to get the harnesses back on and return to traditional climbing to carefully dismantle this conifer. Nothing beats getting up close and working through a tree the old-school way.
As always, safety and responsibility come first — we carried out a full inspection before starting to make sure there were no active nesting birds. Protecting wildlife is just as important as getting the job done right 🐦✅

Great couple of days working for a local district council 🌳
We carried out a reduction on a line of 16 poplars following a recent survey that highlighted signs of decline and potential vulnerability to fungal activity. The trees were carefully reduced to 12m, with all deadwood removed to help improve safety.
Always good to be proactive when it comes to tree health and public safety 💪🌿
Finished off with a couple of iced lattes to keep us going ☕️❄️
