🐴 Horse Savvy – Caring for Our Spaces 🐴

A productive morning in the yard as our trainee took responsibility for cleaning and preparing Flicker’s stable. These practical sessions build real‑world skills in routine care, hygiene and safe working practices — all essential parts of looking after our horses and keeping the environment calm and comfortable.

It’s great to see pride in the job and growing confidence with each task completed.

🔨 Creative Savvy – Building Our New Spaces Together 🔨

A brilliant hands‑on session today as our trainees got stuck into site development, moving timber, preparing materials and helping shape the next phase of Creative Savvy. These practical outdoor days build confidence, teamwork and real‑world skills — and it’s great to see everyone working with purpose and pride.

Every plank moved and every task completed brings us one step closer to creating more meaningful spaces for learning and creativity.

🐴 Horse Savvy – Calm Handling and Outdoor Skills 🐴

A peaceful moment on the field today as our trainee practised calm, safe handling while giving the horse time to graze and relax. These quiet sessions are brilliant for building confidence, awareness and gentle communication skills around our horses.

Working outdoors in the fresh air helps trainees develop patience, responsibility and a real connection with the animals in their care. Small moments like this make a big difference.
