A bit of a personal project this one, myself and my partner were getting a Bearded Dragon and with limited space, I had to get creative with the placement of the vivarium, so I fabricated a hanger for the viv and it looks great and works amazing giving the viv a 'floating' look, scroll through to see Mochi introducing himself!

So it turns out its not just vehicles that I work on! My day job and my welding collided for the first time when we were tasked with coming up for a solution to a customers door access problems. There was no disabled access to the entrance so a disability ramp was installed, this meant that any disability visitors needed to be able to open the entrance using the Paxton system we Installed, we found that the best solution was to install a Paxton intercom at the base of the ramp, this needed a pedestal to mount to, a quick trip to the steel stockholders and an evening of fabrication and this is what we came up with!

Part 2 to the LDV Bus for the camper conversion! after finishing all of the 'ground level' work, it was time to sort the roof out, there was a few issues with areas of the gutter. a quick cut out of the areas of concern and welded back together, the customers were left with a sealed van for the first time in their ownership! ready for the fun part, the conversion!

Kyle Messaged me about a problem with his unique MK2 20VT GTI, there was an annoying rattle at low revs and idle, a little investigating later and it was found that the baffling inside the centre resonator, a quick decision from Kyle and a section of 2.5" pipe was welded in to replace the resonator eliminating the annoying rattle and making the little MK2 sound not so little!

A Porsche 928 was dug out of a farmers field but when it was pulled by the tractor it bent the frame rails 😧 The Frame rail was cut out, bent back to factory position and welded back up bringing it back to its former strength!
