Urgent Urinal Repair - Reactive Maintenance

When the urinals started falling off the wall at a Marston's PLC we were quickly asked to attend, our team responded immediately. What we found was bad - 5 damaged units, tampered pipework, water leaks and severe wall damage.

We stabilised the situation and got 3 units working on the first visit, but the other 2 needed major repairs. Our solution? A full restoration including new plasterboard, tiles, brackets and pipework.

The whole job was completed in 3 days and the facilities were fully operational, secure and looking good!

Cardiff Luxury Apartments

We have hit the ground running in 2025 with a significant undertaking in Cardiff, comprising full roof replacements and internal repairs across two luxury apartment blocks.

Through meticulous planning conducted before the Christmas period and effective communication with residents, we are delighted to report that works are progressing ahead of schedule. Our thorough preparation and collaborative approach with stakeholders have enabled us to advance the programme more rapidly than initially projected, placing us one week ahead of our planned timeline.

Works are currently well underway, with our teams making excellent progress on both properties. We look forward to sharing completion photographs as this prestigious project develops.

Commercial Office Transformation Delivered Against the Clock!

We're proud to showcase our final 2024 project - a comprehensive commercial office dilapidation and refurbishment completed during the festive period. Our team demonstrated exceptional commitment by delivering this complex transformation in just two weeks, finishing ahead of schedule on New Year's Eve.

Project Scope:
