Before I started and after 1st fix on a kitchen that I have been doing this week alongside Dean at Fort Royal Property Solutions. My Metabo wall chaser and vacuum have earnt their money this week as the old bricks were very hard. Second fix to follow after plastering has been done next week.

Customer had tripping issues so carried out a bit of testing and then investigation and found this lovely chewed cable in two places. Something has been hungry by the looks of the wood too 😆. Installed some new conduit lower down so hopefully this will stop any further damage
