Bit of first fix going on for a kitchen refurb, new garage board going in, will be upgrading the main DB on our return for second fix, we have also installed an charger for the clients new car.

Trip to Cardiff with Oakland to get this AHU rewired and back up and running including new inverters. Time was limited but vast improvement on what we was greeted with.

Working with Oakland, Old BMS panel stripped out partial rewire to the plant room, New BMS panel installed.

Huge energy savings to be made now the building is under proper control, all 4x boilers are now staged depending on demand, pumps are on auto change over and will now only run when needed.
