Another Stunning Transformation Completed by JRC Developers

We are delighted to hand over another completed project to some very happy clients.

This project involved the construction of a high-quality rear lounge extension, a garage conversion, and a complete garden and patio transformation, creating a modern family living space that completely changes how the home can be enjoyed.

From the initial groundworks and foundations through to the brickwork, roofing, glazing, landscaping and final finishing touches, every stage was completed with care, precision and attention to detail.

The extension has created a bright, spacious lounge flooded with natural light, while the garage conversion has provided valuable additional accommodation, making much better use of the existing footprint of the property.

Externally, the new porcelain patio, retaining walls, pathways and landscaped garden have completely transformed the outside space, providing a clean, contemporary finish that’s perfect for entertaining and family life.

At JRC Developers, we pride ourselves on delivering projects that not only look fantastic but are built to the highest standards, using quality materials and skilled craftsmen throughout.

Whether you’re considering a garage conversion, home extension, renovation or complete landscaping project, we’d be delighted to discuss how we can help bring your ideas to life.

We live in a timber-framed, brick-built cottage some hundreds of years old and JRC Developers LTD has looked after our brickwork needs for more than 30 years. John & Jack Coote have done many jobs large and small for us, including completely re-pointing the whole cottage, rebuilding a large chimney stack and on at least two occasions re-built sections of a brick wall with limestone capstones, adjacent to the road when car accidents have demolished part of the structure.
JRC Developers LTD are our contractor of choice for dealing with our fragile clay bricks and old lime mortar. There quotes are a fair price and they carry out the work meticulously to a high standard, always leaving the site clean and tidy at the end. John & Jack and his team are though professionals and are unfailingly cheerful, polite and friendly whenever they are here working.
