ANOTHER one finished up this week with the ever popular
Quartz White 600x900 Porcelain 😍 (supplied by as always)

Client had an unreasonable slope to the rear of the garden which we have raised with a damp proofed reinforced sleeper retainer and brought the garden to a near level finish with over 20 tonne of screened topsoil to build up for a healthy lawn!
-
11m of green feather edge fencing to the R/H side accompanied with a new hand built gate and the side entrance re laid to its full width for maximum usage!
-
Porcelain patio with a natural and minimal curve edge, finished with a charcoal granite sett to define the perfect edge.

Grouted with a Steintec - Tuffbau Cream compound and the product does NOT disappoint!

Chuffed with this one to add to a portfolio of great projects this year! Keep your eyes peeled for the next one! 👀

Front driveway opened up and landscaped using a mellifont ash border and front apron
Scalped with a moonstone chipping to compliment all the features of this property!

Upright raised sleeper bed to the front right to reveal a more inviting, open driveway to suit TWICE the amount of cars it did previously!
-
And to the back we dropped a large raised area to leave the garden more open to stage 3 in the future 🤞🏼
then installed a retaining sleeper wall to finish.

We’d also removed a rotten deck area to open up a more useable kandla grey Indian sandstone patio area
Finished with a charcoal grey Flowpoint!

Chuffed to get this one finished exactly how the client imagined!

Just over 50sqm of Modac Indian Sandstone with a bridged Aco drainage channel installed to collect any surface water from both ends- governed by an existing concrete base.

A gated 6mx2.4m timber deck area for a secluded but useable space for the clients.

Great finish again with a Smooth natural grey Flowpoint

Over 45 Linear metres of upright French Oak sleeper retaining walls installed in Barnt Green recently!

If you know you know… these aren’t easy to cut/handle as often as we had too on this one 🫣😂
-
Each upright cut to size and cut with a 20 degree chamfer and sanded with a smooth beveled finish this just completed the desired look the customers needed!
-
Replacing the old rotten/tired softwood sleepers with a double protection DPM and a perforated land drain system to the rear these retaining walls are now BULLETPROOF!

High density timber with a high end finish 😍
