Back to East Avenue, Bournemouth.

When we completed the extension and full ground-floor renovation here earlier this year, we finished our post by saying “Watch this space” as we were about to start work on the outside.

Well… here it is.

We returned to transform the garden and create an outdoor space that feels like a natural continuation of the house — including new porcelain paving, landscaping, stonework and a bespoke covered entertaining area enclosed with cedar fencing.

It’s always particularly satisfying when a client asks us back for the next phase of their project.

A great project from start to finish and one we’re very proud of.

NEW PROJECT AWARDED 🏗️

We’re delighted to have been appointed as main contractor for this exciting project in Southbourne, Bournemouth.

The works will involve the extensive renovation and extension of the existing property, completely transforming the home.

Following a detailed tender and pre-construction process, we’re looking forward to working alongside Tom Frowde Architects and getting underway later this year.

We’ll be sharing progress throughout the build. 👷‍♂️🏗️

We are thrilled to announce we have just signed contracts for the full refurbishment of this house in one of Ferndowns premier roads. Works to include:

• Full electrical & mechanical overhaul
• Reroof
• Multiple structural changes to ground floor
• New external cladding
• Loft Conversion
• Rear landscaping
• Porch extension
• New kitchen & bathrooms

The extension and complete ground floor renovation of our site at East Avenue, Bournemouth is now complete and we couldn’t be happier with the end finish

Key features of this build include:

• Underfloor heating to the ground floor extension
• Herringbone Engineered Wood flooring fitted to the entire ground floor area
• Bespoke fitted cabinetry to the extension & front office
• Bespoke Oak w**e cupboard to the underside of stairs
• Two large aluminium roof lanterns to the extension flat roof

Clients have said how overjoyed they are with the final finish and we are now working with them on the design and installation of their outdoor area. Watch this space.

New project award

We have just been instructed to deliver this new build, 2 bedroom bungalow on Boundary Lane, St Leonard’s.

Key features of the build include:

• Air Source Heat Pump
• Underfloor heating throughout
• Clay tiles to roof
• Oak framed porch
• EV charger

Work to start in March/April 2026. Once completed the existing bungalow on site will be taken down and all materials recycled responsibly.
