Arc Right Electrical Ltd is a specialist BMS Controls electrical contractor, delivering new BMS installations and control upgrades across commercial and industrial projects throughout the South West.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Electricians to join our professional and supportive team.

The Role:
• Installation of BMS and control systems
• Electrical installation works including containment, cabling, lighting & power
• Control panels and switchgear installations
• Supporting BMS upgrades and new installations
• Supervisory / lead electrician duties when required

About You:
• Time-served Approved Electrician (17th / 18th Edition)
• JIB-approved ECS card (essential)
• Commercial & industrial experience (essential)
• BMS / controls experience desirable (training available)
• Full UK driving licence

Arc Right Electrical Ltd are seeking experienced Electricians to join our existing team on projects throughout the South West.


Key Duties:
Undertake site electrical installations including lighting & power, cable tray / ladder, cable installation, switchgear installation and BMS Installations.
Carry out Inspections and testing to both new and existing installations.
To undertake electrical maintenance on customer’s installations as necessary.
Take a Supervisory role when necessary.
Mentor and coach junior staff in developing their knowledge and skills.
Carry out work in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
Take personal ownership and responsibility of any company property entrusted to them.
Project a professional image to clients and colleagues.
Contribute to the future success of Arc Right Electrical Ltd and its clients.
Be able to take the role as lead electrician on projects, reporting to Site Manager and Project Manager.
Key qualifications & experience:
Experience of working within the electrical BMS installation sector desirable.
Experience of working on construction sites.
Must hold JIB approved ECS card.
Time served Approved Electrician having served recognised apprenticeship to 17th / 18th Edition.
Inspection Testing (2391 or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
Experience working on Commercial & Industrial installations essential.
Ability to work proactively on own or as part of a team.
Full UK Driving licence.
Salary & Benefits:
Highly competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications with overtime available.

• Align generators and gearboxes and other equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Fabricate small bore pipework.
• Carry out duties compatible with this job and the employees individual skills as required.
