Where to begin, the team have been working hard at our Sidmouth site.

The exterior tiling has been expertly completed.

The interior has had the installation of steels, 1st fix electrics & plumbing, floor joists, floor boards,insulated & batterned , cut through for the staircase & the expert installation of the tailored staircase, also not forgetting the installation of the velux and Dormer windows.... **wow & breathe**

We are now set for plastering!

It's inevitable that the best views from a house will be from the top, which is clear to see from our recently completed loft conversion in Paignton.

This hip to gable conversion had a well appointed window installed in the gable end.

This paired with the velux windows allows the room to flood with natural light all the time benefiting from the incredible sea views. ☀️🌊

At our Sidmouth Loft conversion site the roof has been expertly tiled & the small slope around the perimeter of the dormer has seen lead work, tiling & the installation of a EPDM Rubber4Roofs

Internally the steel on the structural ridge is now in place. Also the 1st fix electrics & plumbing are well underway.

The installation of the floor joists will carry the KNAUF with floor boards on top. This assists in the reduction of sound transference from floors below.

Because it's rather wet & wild here in Devon, not ideal for exterior works!🌧

However, at our Paignton site the team have been achieving a great deal internally on our Hip to gable construction.

Now the loft has been expertly boarded & plastered the 2nd fix electrics & the installation of the B&Q ensuit shower room are well underway.
In this ensuit our customers have chosen to Aquapanel the shower area which is a cost effective alternative to traditional tiling.
This AquaPanel has been supplied by Plastic Mike Ltd

Furthermore, the up and coming staircase installation will allow for a natural flow from floor to floor, incorporating the new loft room with the rest of the home, whilst complying to all necessary building regulations.

Here we are back in the lovely seaside town of Sidmouth , Devon.

What's with this May weather!?

However it has not hindered our team of Loft specialists.

They have stripped back the roof allowing the hip to gable & Dormer to be expertly constructed.
The construction of the Dormer will allow our customers to gain a bespoke, spacious master bedroom & en-suite.

The property had a hip roof, this meant the current loft space was slightly limited. The roof of the property required the hip extension to make the loft conversion possible.

The advantage of combining a hip to gable with a Dormer is that your giving the attic space extra length & width. WIN, WIN!👍

This is certainly a Mantra of which is evident with the professionalism & skill the team apply during any construction.

At our Paigntion Site the Loft structure is now complete & is prepared for the installation of the fortex cladding & the gable end window.

This gable end window will allow our customers to take full advantage of the impressive views across Torbay.

In addition, the velux windows have been installed, roof tiling has been expertly completed alongside the installation of the dry ridge system & the pointing in of the verge.

Internally our team of specialists have supported the roof with steels & dwarf walls, this implemented the installation of the floor joists & insulation between.

The Hybrid & Hcontrol insulation has been completed, meaning the loft is now at the plasterboard stage.
This stage is when many of our customers visually recognise a noticeable transformation & can begin to get a sense of their new living space.

At our Budleigh Saltern site the build has reached completion.

At the end of our build the team feel a great sense of pride knowing their hard work, knowledge & experience have enabled our customers to maximise their home with a bespoke new living space which allows them to take advantage of the incredible views across the East Devon coastline.

It's hard to believe this was once a space used to store the Christmas decorations.

During our Plan, Design & Build process we strive to take a customer centred approach as we are firm believers that building a positive rapport with our customers will ensure for great buildability.
