This little kitchenette had its challenges, but it definitely needed the renovation!
Old gas cooker removed and new hob installed ✅️
new units with matching worktop to the rest of the kitchen✅️
I installed the (last picture) previously for this loyal client of mine.👌
Proof that you can teach an old wall new tricks. 🛠️ Fresh paint and new shelving for this kitchenette.
It wasn't easy getting everything level on that stone, but it was worth it!👍

From Rotten to Robust! ️☑️
Just finished a complete overhaul on this rear entrance gate. The old wooden posts had definitely seen better days and were starting to rot through.

The Fix:

Removed the old, decaying timber and rusted ironmongery.

Installed brand-new, sturdy posts to ensure a solid foundation.

Added quality new ironmongery for a smooth, secure swing every time.

Finished up by patching in the surrounding wall for a cleaner look.

I’m un-hinged! Just kidding, I actually put four of them on today ;) they say when one door closes another one opens but that's not the case here! With ball catches installed, these clients can pick and choose how they wish to open these doors🚪All ready for the client to add the finishing touches 🖌🎨

Last job of the year completed by updating this property front for a friend with a new gate
installation.🛠
I also patched in the render to clean up
the surrounding wall to the front door 👍
The entrance is now much more secure and looks a
lot tidier. Glad to have this one checked off the list.

Nothing beats the feel of solid oak!🌳🔨
Just finished fitting these beautiful new solid oak
doors for a client. Fitting new doors into old linings
is never as straightforward as it looks --nothing is
ever quite square!--but with a bit of patience and
precision, we've got them hanging perfectly.
It's amazing how much of a difference a high-quality
door makes to the feel of a home.

Here i recently helped a paignton homeowner deal with some sudden water damage under their bathroom floor finishings.🤦‍♂️
