4 days of serious graft.

Steel structure ✅
8x2 joists ✅
Steel legs concreted in ✅
150mm Celotex prep ✅
Cement boards underneath ✅

That final cement board stage was an absolute nightmare 😂

Heavy week.

Bricking in the steel to match the existing brickwork…

Then removing:

🧱 Brick
🧱 Thermalite
🧱 Internal blockwork

Windows and door out. Three skins removed. All in the heat. All solo.

This used to be a window…

Now it’s the start of a completely new layout. 💪🏼

Yesterday we removed the existing window and created a brand-new doorway opening, giving the homeowners a much better flow between spaces.

Every knock through starts with careful planning, accurate measurements and doing the job safely. Get it right, and it completely changes how a home feels.

This is just the beginning of the transformation. Stay tuned to see what comes next.
