🚧 Progress Update – Weston-super-Mare 🚧

Our latest new build development is making great progress!

We've now completed the groundworks, the foundations have been poured, and the below DPC blockwork has been completed. The next stage is the installation of the concrete beam and block flooring system, which will form the base for the new homes.

This project will deliver 2 new one-bedroom apartments, and we're looking forward to sharing each stage of the build as it progresses.

🚧 New Project Started in Weston-super-Mare 🚧

We are excited to announce the start of our latest development project – the construction of 2 new one-bedroom flats in Weston-super-Mare.

The photos show progress from Day 1 on site, with the foundations partially excavated and groundwork now underway. This marks the beginning of another challenging and rewarding project for the team.

Over the coming months, we will be sharing updates from each stage of the build, from foundations and structure through to the finished homes.

This full house renovation, loft conversion and extension is moving forward at incredible speed, and the transformation is now becoming clearly visible.

✅ Doors and windows installed
✅ Roof fully completed

✅ Retaining wall and landscaping works now in progress
