A loverly project we recently completed, we went in to paint some ceilings and skirting. Which turned into basically doin a full redec of kitchen, playroom, hallway staircase and landing, down stairs toilet dining room, upstairs toilet and guest room unsuite.

We undertook all aspects of the decorating including spraying all the walls, ceilings and coving, top coating wall colour, prepping woodwork and top coating in Diamond eggshell.

We also completed plastering works to some ceiling and walls.

The property was previous occupied by heavy smokers which meant all areas needed to be cleaned down using various cleaning methods including steaming , hot water and chemical free products.

The property had never been decorated since it was built, which meant all the woodwork was painted in lead based paint. This means sanding and prepping could be dangerous. So we coated up all woodwork with 5 coats of oil based undercoat before and sanding prepping and filling were done.

A majority of the skirting turned out to be rotten so we removed it and made good the wall and made them level (using cement and plaster) ready for new skirting to fixed

Quick little roof change just in time for Christmas, including new lead work using Easy Trim. Recommended by our roofing suppliers lighter than lead and more user friendly. Supplied and fitted by ourselves, all rubbish then removed

Kitchen area completed. Mist coated, then 2 coats Johnstone’s covaplus applied and the 2 coats of josnstones durable Matt. Skirting and doors prepped and 2 coats of satinwood applied. ( all areas were sanded between coats )

Redec to livingroom, bathroom porch and small hallway. All ceiling had 2 coats of diamond Matt emulsion, all walls prepped filled and sanded and 3 coats of diamond Matt applied in various shades of grey. Skirting board and door frames were sanded and prepped and 2 coats of oil based satinwood applied. All doors and carpets are being replaced
