We’re pleased to be sponsoring Chepstow Town Football Club's away kit for the 2026/27 season.

Supporting the communities around our projects is really important to us, and grassroots sport is a big part of that.

The new kit looks fantastic and we’re proud to see the JPC name on the shirts... Good luck, Chepstow Town! ⚽👏

As we move closer to completion at Coleg Gwent’s Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone, a major milestone has been reached – the PV installation is now complete.

A total of 484 solar panels have been installed across the site:

☀️ 445 panels across four roofs
☀️ 39 panels along a walkway, replacing older PV panels previously in place

The installation is a great addition to the Learning Zone and will help support the building’s energy needs for years to come.

The handover isn't the end. 🏗️

Reaching Practical Completion is always a big milestone, but our involvement in a project doesn't simply stop when we hand over the keys.

Our Aftercare Manager, Mitch Duggan, provides a dedicated point of contact following completion, working with our clients and project teams to make sure any issues are picked up and dealt with quickly.

For us, good aftercare is about taking the same approach after handover as we do during construction – being responsive, communicating clearly and getting things sorted!

Handing over the keys doesn't mean we disappear!

We’re pleased to have reached practical completion at Voyage Learning Campus for North Somerset Council this week.

The project has included two new single-storey classroom extensions, alongside refurbishment and remodelling works throughout the existing school and improvements to the external areas.

It’s been a busy programme of works, all carried out while working around an operational school, and it’s great to now see the spaces ready for use when the students return after the summer break.

A big thank you to everyone involved in getting the project over the line.

We've successfully renewed our Constructionline Gold accreditation.

This year's assessment placed greater emphasis on the Building Safety Act and the latest Common Assessment Standard requirements.

We're proud to have demonstrated the robust systems and processes that support the way we deliver projects every day, giving our clients confidence that quality, safety and compliance remain at the heart of what we do.

Looking back at Culver House...

Delivered over two phases, this project transformed student accommodation in the heart of Bristol, creating vibrant social spaces, upgraded communal facilities and fully refurbished bedrooms for more than 100 students.

Working in a busy city centre location, within a live student residence and against demanding programme deadlines, required careful planning, close collaboration and a team that could adapt to every challenge along the way.

One of the things we're most proud of is that the success of Phase 1 led directly to the award of Phase 2. Building trusted relationships with our clients is something we value just as highly as delivering quality buildings, and Culver House is a great example of that.

Looking back, it's rewarding to see spaces that continue to provide students with modern, comfortable places to live, study and socialise.

Some of the most important progress on a project is the part that will never be seen.

At Park Place, we've now cast the concrete slab and upstanding walls to the new rear extension, with waterproofing works also underway.

While these elements will eventually disappear behind the finished building, they're creating the foundations for the new plant room, main staircase and lift that will support the refurbished Grade I listed Park House for years to come.

This is one of those stages that may not grab the headlines, but it's an important milestone, bringing us one step closer to transforming this iconic Cardiff building into the new home of Tom Simmons' latest restaurant.

We're edging ever closer to completion for the refurbishment works at the Milton Voyage Learning Campus for North Somerset Council, with handover now in sight next month.

Inside, the decorations are progressing well and the second fix is underway, bringing the project to life as the finishing touches start to come together.

Outside, we have the remaining groundworks to complete, while internally the flooring is due to be laid over the coming weeks.

It's great to see the project entering its final stages, and we look forward to sharing the finished result very soon.

How often do you get to build a home for meerkats?

We're looking back at the Animal Welfare Facility we delivered at City of Bristol College's South Bristol Skills Academy – a project that included bespoke enclosures for meerkats, ferrets, a banded armadillo, goats, rabbits and birds, alongside a purpose-built teaching facility for students.

This was a fantastic project to be part of and a great example of working collaboratively with the college and design team to create a facility that supports both animal welfare and hands-on learning.

Take a look at the full case study to see how the project came together:
