Full refurbishment of the ground floor (including a living room, kitchen, dining room, hallway and stair case).
We are very happy with the work we accomplished. In the photos you can see how we included the fridge/freezer in an otherwise unusable space. This created more space in the kitchen. We also moved the doors in order to increase the size of the kitchen further. Take a look at our custom built handrail and under the stairs storage.

To avoid cracking we used Ditra Mat. Comfort is of the highest importance, to ensure comfort will be maintained over those long, cold winter days we laid down underfloor heating mats.

This property had four different floor coverings. We replaced these for our customer using this lovely oak floor. The original plan was to reuse the skirting boards we had removed after the flooring was complete, however after a short consultation with the client, they requested that we replace them with new ones to match the high standard of our flooring work.
