We’d like to say a massive thank you to all of our customers for keeping us so busy throughout what has been one of our toughest summers yet.

The scorching heatwaves brought huge demand for air conditioning across the UK, resulting in national stock shortages and long lead times — many of which are still ongoing.

Our advice? Don’t wait until the next heatwave to think about air conditioning.

🚨 A Quick Update for Our Customers 🚨

Like many air conditioning installers across the UK, we’re currently being affected by a nationwide shortage of air conditioning equipment.

Despite placing orders with our suppliers over 6 weeks ago, some manufacturers have still been unable to fulfil them. Unfortunately, this means that a small number of installations have had to be postponed or rescheduled through no fault of our own.

We completely understand how frustrating this is, especially during the warmer weather, and we share that frustration. As a small family-run business, we pride ourselves on keeping our word and completing installations on time, so having to delay jobs is something we never want to do.

Please be assured that we’re in constant contact with our suppliers and are doing everything we can to secure stock and get every affected installation completed as soon as possible.

We’d like to sincerely thank all of our customers for their patience, understanding, and continued support. It really does mean a lot to us.

This is also a reminder of why it’s often best to have air conditioning installed during the off-season months. Stock availability is generally much better, installation lead times are shorter, and you can have your system ready long before the next heatwave arrives—without the stress of peak summer demand.

🔥 Domestic Air Conditioning Installations

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone for keeping us so busy during this heatwave! We really do appreciate every enquiry, recommendation and booking. 🙌

As a small local family business, we’re currently receiving upwards of 80 calls and hundreds of messages every single day, whilst also being out on installations. Please bear with us whilst we work through them all.

We’re doing our very best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible, but unfortunately it’s nearly impossible to answer every enquiry immediately.

Just a little reminder that we’re only human too 😊 Calling at 10pm at night probably won’t get you a quicker response… and our families might not thank you for it either! 🤣

A little tip for anyone considering air conditioning: the best time to have a system installed is outside of the summer months. Installation costs are often lower, stock availability is generally much better, and you won’t be left disappointed or waiting during the next heatwave when demand goes through the roof! ❄️☀️
