18 months to create some fresh new content! Thanks for sticking around! 🙏

That’s the trouble with building big trucks, it’s not a quick turnaround. I have thought about getting breast implants and taking up pottery…. but then I’m like naaaaah, I prefer carpentry! 😜

So here she is, the latest build ironically named “Lucky”. I’ll save the details for another post because this one is for my mate Kester.

Kez, I honestly couldn’t have got through this build without you mate 🙏. You’ve been the voice of reason when I’ve been ready to throw in the towel, kept me grounded and kept me sane (well almost). Thanks for putting up with me, there’s not many people that can, and thanks for bringing your headless pinner to the party 😉. You came to help for three weeks and somehow stayed nine months. 😂

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you again and thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🙏🙏

The last six months have been one hell of a journey. It’s taught me a lot, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who’s stuck by me through it all.

I’m going to take a short break from social media to get some sleep and have a meal 😂, but I’ll be back soon with some exciting news.

Since Sunday’s draw, a number of comments and questions have been raised on Facebook and Instagram regarding the way the draw was conducted.

I am currently taking professional advice to fully understand the situation and determine the most appropriate way forward.

As soon as I have that advice, I will provide a further update.

Following the live draw on the 14th of June, a number of queries have been raised regarding the draw process. These are currently being reviewed and, until that review is complete, I have temporarily removed the winner announcement.

I appreciate this may be frustrating for entrants, but I want to ensure the outcome is beyond question and handled correctly. I will provide a further update as soon as I hear back from the legal team following their review of the draw process.

No trending audio, no fancy editing. Just a moment of reflection and a final goodbye to the place I’ve called home for the past 5 years.

These past 6 months have been one wild ride and, without doubt, one of the most stressful periods of my life.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has reached out and sent well wishes along the way. I’m sorry I haven’t had a chance to respond to all of your messages, but the love and support has been overwhelming.

Although I haven’t raised enough to buy land and start the next project, I have raised more than I would have received had I sold the truck privately. For that reason, I’m genuinely happy that someone is going to own her for just £1.

Tomorrow I’m going to change someone’s life, and I’m trusting that she’ll end up exactly where she’s meant to be.

Thank you to everyone who has entered, shared the giveaway, offered words of encouragement, or simply followed along on the journey.

You can still buy tickets until 7pm tomorrow.

And if you don’t want the truck, there’s a £40,000 tax-free cash alternative.

The draw will be pulled live on Instagram and Facebook at 8pm tomorrow, or you can come and watch in person at the Adventure Overland & Campervan Show, Stratford Racecourse.
