External Repairs – Queen Square

Today we carried out some minor external repairs to an office block in Queen Square, using a spider lift to provide safe and efficient access.

By using the spider lift, we were able to complete the works without the additional cost and disruption of access towers or scaffolding, which would have been disproportionate for these relatively minor repairs.

Sections of the existing guttering and fixing clips had deteriorated over the years, resulting in movement and drops in both the guttering and downpipes. We replaced and secured the affected sections, leaving everything solid, secure and fully functional.

Another job completed safely and efficiently, saving the client both time and access costs.

The Genie Industries AWP-30s is an incredibly cool lift for a multitude of venues and applications. Now becoming even more popular for using on sprung gym halls usually within schools. Often more typical machines such as a scissor lift cannot be used due to the sprung floor bowing between the wheels under their the weight and stopping the lift from elevating, not to mention the potential damage that could be caused. The Genie AWP-30s is the go to option now due to its incredibly low ground pressure, yet offering an 11m working height!!! 💪🏼

How cool is this!! The children at this Swindon School designed the mural and a professional artist came in & put it on the school wall for them. All with the help of our Snorkel S2755RT all terrain scissor lift.
