It's time for another completed project! This project is the perfect one to show that you do not need to add a huge extension to completely transform your space - knocking through can work so hard for you! Before the work, the kitchen was long and narrow, with a low area of headroom at the rear. By adding just 10 square metres and knocking through between the spaces, a beautiful open plan kitchen / dining and family space has been created. The clients are delighted with the results, and so are we!

We are kicking off autumn with completion of this lovely extension! We are in love with the details and the feel of the space, which is just perfect for the family and for social occasions!

We love seeing a build progress, and this one looks absolutely fantastic! The island stools are in position awaiting the kitchen install at the end of August, and we really look forward to seeing the finished space!

We love a completed project, and adore a cantilevered corner!

This extension is to a ground floor garden flat in the Clifton Conservation Area and projects 6m from the original rear wall! It provides a fantastic kitchen dining space which flows into the garden with the doors open, creating an amazing entertaining space!

"Space Plus provided us with an amazing service. We needed to have an extension built onto the side of our house and we considered 5 architects of which 4 gave us very run-of-the-mill textbook options like it was just bread and butter to them.
Space Plus really understood what we wanted and bought into the project.

We had a lot of very productive, creative chats with them and felt very comfortable with them throughout the whole process.
Space Plus listened carefully to what we were saying and were happy to make changes based on that whilst keeping us on the straight and narrow.

There was real enthusiasm from them which was lovely!
They also navigated all the planning permission and regulations for us, recommended builders and a structural engineer and just generally made the entire journey smoother for us.

Our project is still on going, but Space Plus have been checking in regularly and we're very much looking forward to having them round when it's all done.

Only a few days late for a New Year re-fresh!! But we have given our logo a facelift!

It's the 1st of the month, so what a great time to view a completed project! This project involved a part 2 storey, part single storey rear extension and a large loft conversion to a Victorian semi.

Extending the ground floor provides an open plan kitchen dining area, with frameless lantern and folding doors onto to the garden. We LOVE the bravery of our client with the living room - almost black walls and ceiling, with popping green furniture! Wow! We love the first glimpse of it from the white hallway!

The black continues on the first floor in the master bedroom and en-suite; sleek and sophisticated.

The loft created a whole floor for twin sons, with a play area, their own rooms and their own bathroom and dressing area - perfect for growing boys!

We are thrilled with the outcome of this project!

Clare and Charlie knew they wanted to live on a particular road in Bristol as they love the location, it was only a matter of time before they found the right property.

This was a great loft conversion project in Bristol. The house was not even 2 years old when our client decided to convert the loft. We designed 2 pitched gables to mimic the front and rear, cladding them in the same Waney Edge timber as the existing front gable. Once this has weathered it will match perfectly! The gable visible in the images provides headroom over the new stairs.

The front glazed gable is a great feature, and offers the homeowners lovely views of the trees and sky from their home office! There is a second bedroom at the rear, and a symmetrical side dormer offers a perfect little shower room to serve this floor!
