PLANNING FEES ARE SET TO RISE 🏡

If you’re considering extending, renovating or making alterations to your home and planning permission is required, it may be worth getting your application moving sooner rather than later.

The Government has confirmed plans to increase planning application fees in England as part of proposed reforms to planning fees.

The exact date the new fees will come into force has not yet been confirmed, but the Government intends to introduce the changes later in 2026.

So, if you’ve been putting off that extension, loft conversion or home improvement project, now could be a good time to get your plans underway.
