Warm Roof Transformation 🔥🏠

Another one completed! 👌

This job started out as a leaking felt roof, which had previously been overlaid with insulation and a single-ply membrane. We stripped it back and transformed it into a fully revised warm roof system with improved falls, giving the roof a much better long-term solution.

The finished system includes:

🔨 Revised falls for improved drainage
🧱 Warm roof construction
💧 ResTec Flexitec waterproofing system
✨ Quartzed finish for added durability and grip
🏗️ New balustrades installed around the perimeter
👌 Detailed finishing throughout

This definitely wasn't the easiest one! The recent heatwave made working on the roof a serious challenge, especially with the temperatures we were dealing with, but the finished result makes it all worthwhile. 💪

Really happy with how this one has turned out — another roof transformed from a problem into a proper long-term solution.
