Private specialist practice of surveyors, architectural designers and constructions consultants

We are a private practice of Specialist Building Surveyors, carrying out a wide range of surveys for different types of properties as well as offering services in design and project management works. Starting off with a couple of employees in 2009, over the past 10 years we have grown our client base which has enabled us to grow our company, now with Building Surveyors, Project Managers, CAD Technician and an Office Manager. We are a tightly knit team, working alongside each other to ensure the best service for all of our clients. We currently provide services to several schools and MATs across Bristol, Swindon, Gloucestershire and North Somerset. These include Property Condition Surveys, Asbestos Inspections, CIF Consultancy and Project Management for various works. We also provide services to Property Management Companies, such as Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Forward Maintenance Plans, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Structural Inspections and more. Lastly, we provide services to private clients, whether this is for advice, or a Residential Survey, Major Defects Survey, Roof or Structural Inspections, contact us with your enquiries and we will endeavour to provide a suitable solution for you.

We carried out a measured survey at a property in Upper Oldfield Park, Bath.

The survey involved taking detailed measurements of the existing property so that accurate drawings can be prepared to support the next stage of the project.

A good mix of survey work this week, from fire door inspections in Swindon to measured survey work in Bath.

Haydonleigh Primary School - Fire Door Inspection

A productive start to the week with a fire door inspection undertaken at Haydonleigh Primary School, Swindon.

The inspection included checking the condition of the fire doors, frames, gaps, ironmongery, and any defects that may affect their performance.

We will now use the findings to provide a clear record of the current condition and identify any remedial works required.

We have been delivering our successful CIF Bid for the Heating & Pipework Replacement Project for Grove Learning Trust at Peatmoor Community Primary School.

The failing heating system has now been removed in its entirety and replaced with a completely new heating installation.

The works have included:
• New insulated heating pipework
• New fan convectors
• New radiators, including low surface temperature radiators where required
• New boilers
• New pumps and control valves
• A new control system with local thermostats
• Adjustments to the cold-water supply pipework
• Fire stopping around pipework where it passes through walls
• Boxing-in of pipework within classrooms and other areas

The new system has also been zoned to allow areas used outside normal school hours to be heated separately when required.

A substantial upgrade to the school’s heating infrastructure, providing improved control, reliability, and flexibility across the building.

Planning a CIF project for 2027/28? Now is the time to start.
