6 years on and this Worcester 64kW system boiler is still running exactly as it should 🔧

Back in 2019 we installed this commercial setup alongside 2 linked unvented cylinders for a 10 bed HMO, and today we were back out for the annual service check, readings spot on, no faults, no corrosion, just a system that’s been looked after properly since day one 💪

Wet room transformation for Bristol City Council 🚿♿

This one was for a resident needing better access and safety for washing.

It was a proper job from start to finish, ground floor bathroom with a concrete substrate meant breaking up and digging out just to get the tray and waste in, then we fully tanked the whole wet room area to make sure it’s watertight for years to come.

Along the way we hit a leaking kitchen sink waste that had been running uphill under the bath (never a good sign 😅), a stopcock that didn’t work, and lead pipes running right through the path we needed to chase, shallow enough that we ended up puncturing a couple, but we got there in the end.

Reinforced the ceiling, replastered, sorted full electrics, and fitted all the disabled grab rails and a shower seat so it’s safe and practical for daily use.

We’ve actually just been back out to fit a new low threshold door too, giving easier wheelchair access straight from the downstairs room.

New build barn conversion 4 bed, 4 bath, done properly. 🏡

We handled all the plumbing and heating on this stunning barn house, including connecting to a Hargassner biomass boiler in a dedicated outbuilding boiler room. Scope included a Gledhill stainless hot water cylinder with secondary return bronze pump, buffer vessel, and all associated plant room pipework.

Underground services were run using Uponor 4-pipe insulated ducting alongside the MDPE cold mains, keeping everything protected and future-proof beneath the ground.

This is what a well-designed heating system looks like. 🔧🔥

Day 1 on a full bathroom strip-out for a disabled wet room.

Bristol Council adaptation job. The stoptap had seized solid so there was no way to isolate the water supply.

The lads cut the live cold main and capped it off, then stripped the whole room, every tile, all the sanitaryware and ready to go.
All done in a single day.

Finished wet room photos coming once it’s complete.

Small job, big standards 🔧✨

Every install we do gets the same level of care, whether it’s a full system or what’s hidden behind a cupboard door.

This is the utility room of a refurb extension we’re currently working on. Underneath the sink sits the full UFH manifold system, circulation pump, all the copper pipework, and the waste, all neatly packed in and finished off with a brushed gold kitchen tap above.

Everything has been run tight to the walls and clipped off properly, so the customer keeps as much usable space in the unit as possible. No pipes hanging loose through the middle getting knocked about every time the cupboard door opens.

Clean. Tidy. Professional. That’s the Proheat way.
