Project Update
New Build - Worcester
The steelwork is now almost fully erected, marking a huge milestone for the project and a big step forward as the structure really starts to take shape.
With this phase nearing completion, our attention now turns to the next stages of the build, including blockwork and brickwork, alongside roof installation, all of which will help enclose the building.
Working closely alongside Jones Hagreaves and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, this project has been nearly 4 years in the making. We initially priced various options to refurbish the existing building, which ultimately led to the decision to demolish and deliver a new modern structure in its place.
This is hopefully the first of many industrial new build projects for us, and so far it couldn’t be going any better. We’ve been working closely with the design team and subcontractors to help keep everything running smoothly and ensure the project continues to progress as planned.
