Probably one of the most frequent questions we get asked is, "Do I need planning permission for a Box Pod?" 🧐

Thankfully, you do not normally need planning permission! 💪

Providing your Box Pod is less than 2.5m high, doesn't have sleeping accommodation and is not bigger than half your garden (and less than 30m2).

Should you need planning permission, we can detail how to arrange this and help you through the process.
