🏡 EASTVILLE PROJECT — COMPLETED ✅
Another transformation completed by Team DN 👏
This Eastville property had completely failed and tired existing render, so we carried out a full preparation and hack-off back to a suitable substrate, ready for a brand-new finish.
We then installed a Johnstone’s Stormshield silicone render system, finished in a 1.5mm crushed marble texture, with the colour chosen by our customer.
🔨 Works completed included:
• Full removal of the old failed render
• Full preparation of the existing substrate
• New silicone render system
• 1.5mm crushed marble textured finish
• Customer-chosen colour
• 15-year minimum warranty on the Stormshield system
• New gutters & fascias
• New leadwork around the chimney stack
• Full detailing and sealing to ensure the side elevation is properly protected
The result is a clean, modern and durable finish that has completely transformed this side elevation. 🤩
