Mid Sussex Electrical Ltd are a family run business based in the cosmopolitan city of Brighton and Hove. We were launched by Simon and Kirstine in 2006 in Burgess Hill and relocated a year later to the south coast. We are proud to be members of The National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers, Trustmark and The Electric Safe Register. Since our inception we have steadily grown each

year, and have become a tried and trusted firm of electrical contractors. We now have many regular customers and contracts with large utilities, industrial manufacturers, hostels and offices. We have also been involved with pump maintenance for many years and this is now a big part of our business. Our domestic team are friendly, efficient, deliver high standards and are, perhaps most importantly, house trained! They are fully Part P registered, insured, and are very experienced. They realise that they are working in your home, so they will make sure that they always work safely, cleanly and will be sympathetic to your needs from the beginning to the completion of every job. Our commercial and industrial team regularly work on the highways, in sewers, factories, schools, and many other interesting locations. They are all confined spaces trained and have lots of experience working with major utilities. They regularly work along side drainage and civil engineers. Today we’ve loaned our eCargo bike to the Sail Cargo Pirates who are using it to carry Sussex produce to Newhaven on their maiden voyage. The products will be loaded onto a sail boat and taken to Normandy to allow the French to sample some of the best of Sussex food and drink. All fossil fuel free.

Another industrial installation completed today. Working with UKPN and Siemens to provide a 3phase 250amp supply, panel board and distribution board to a large refrigeration unit and provide plenty of spare capacity for future electrical connections. The installation included 60 metres of trenching, subterranean cable ducting, reinstatement of groundwork’s and installation of a large GRP kiosk and concrete plinth.
