LBP Locksmiths supplied and fitted this freshfit outdoor use gate lock to a property in Brighton. The unit is made from rust proof 316 steel and is designed to last many years due to its outside use design.

A UPVC window repair carried out in Brighton by LBP Locksmiths, the property was located in a seafront location, both the locking espag mechanism and hinges were suffering from severe corrosion and the window was stuck in the locked position.

LBP locksmiths deglazed the window, used specialist tools to carefully manipulate the window open and then bring the window inside of the property to replace the faulty parts.

We then rehung the window and calibrated the locking points to ensure that the window made a good tight seal.

Two jobs completed by LBP Locksmiths Brighton this week, we replaced a fault electric strike to a communal front door, we also supplied and fitted a cat flap to a customers UPVC door.

LBP Locksmiths attended a property to replace two commercial grade 3G114 deadlocks.

We manually re-levered the new locks by hand so that the locks were keyed alike and operated under the same key.

We also installed a correctly sized rebate kit to house the new locks which was required due to the design of the wooden French doors.

LBP Locksmiths have been exceptionally busy this week with UPVC window repairs, at one property in Brighton we removed seven UPVC windows, replaced the failed friction stays and locking espags, we then greased and rehung the windows.

We test the windows to ensure a good tight weather seal and smooth operation.

A busy day of UPVC window repairs for LBP Locksmiths with the assistance of my colleague Che, a two man team carried out multiple repairs to several large windows.

The windows were stuck in the locked position, we carefully deglazed the windows and used specialist tools to open the windows without damage.

We replaced the locking espags, hinges and handles, rehung the windows and then calibrated to ensure that the repaired windows were locking and sealing correctly.
