🏡 The exterior transformation at our Hassocks project is complete.

From the rear garden, you can now see how the new zinc-clad extension and link building sit alongside the existing property, creating a clear distinction between old and new while working together as one home.

The existing house has also been given a new lease of life, with fresh render and new Crittall-style windows and doors throughout, expertly installed by Crittall Installation

We’re now completing the final works inside before handing over to Pfeiffer Design who will begin work on the interior scheme.

A great project, and a brilliant example of thoughtful architectural design, specialist finishes and quality construction coming together.

All hands on deck at Saltdean...

It’s been busy on site, with multiple trades pushing ahead as we move through the finishing stages of this extension and full property renovation.

Outside, the brilliant team at have been working on the paving and hard landscaping, including the new driveway and rear patio.

Inside, second fix is complete across the family bathroom and two en suites, while decorating is progressing throughout the home and the final finishes are taking shape.

A huge effort from everyone on site as we move closer to completion on this one. 👏

Another busy week across our sites, with plenty of progress 🙌

📍 Princes Square, Hove - Carpentry and finishing works are progressing across this full home renovation, and the new herringbone flooring by LC Flooring Sussex is looking fantastic.

📍 Brighton College – Our summer programme continues with student accommodation upgrades, alongside Crittall window replacements and external maintenance works.

📍 Hassocks – Microcement flooring is now complete across areas of the new extension, with external rendering also nearing completion as we head towards the final stages of this residential renovation.

📍 Salvation Army, Guildford – South Coast Plasterers | Plastering & Drylining | Hampshire UK are underway with plastering as this commercial catering reconfiguration moves forward.

Our Georgian home renovation is in the spotlight again ✨

A huge thank you to Livingetc for featuring our Upper Market Street project in “Minimalism Is Dead — Maximalist Layering Is Becoming the New Status Symbol in Interiors.”

Designed by the brilliant APPRECIATION PROJECT this five-storey Brighton townhouse is a masterclass in colour, pattern and personality. From bold wallpapers and statement tiling to bespoke cabinetry, playful lighting, colourful finishes and carefully restored period features, every floor has its own identity while working beautifully as one home.

As Principal Building Contractor, our team had the pleasure of delivering the extensive renovation and working alongside the design team and our trusted trades to turn this highly detailed interior scheme into reality.

A fantastic project to be part of, and always rewarding to see the craftsmanship and design getting the recognition it deserves.

Things are moving quickly at Trafalgar Street...

Structural works are progressing, with new steelwork and padstones being installed as the internal strip-out continues across this major mixed-use conversion in central Brighton.

Scaffolding is now fully in place, giving the team access to begin stripping back the existing roof as we prepare for the next stage of the build.

Once complete, this building will house three purpose-built music studios, including a live room, a ground-floor performance space with coffee pop-up, bar and kitchen, plus two one-bedroom apartments across the upper floors.

Busy week ahead 🙌

The finishing stages are progressing well at our project in Hassocks, with microcement flooring nearing completion across areas of the new extension and the new wooden flooring now laid through the open-plan kitchen and dining space.

Outside, rendering is underway to the rear of the property, while inside the next stages include fitting doors and skirtings, tiling to the WC and hallway, followed by the kitchen fit-out.

It’s all coming together as we work through the final programme and prepare to hand over to the interior design team at Pfeiffer Design 🙏

The school holidays provide a crucial window for education projects, and our team are busy delivering a varied programme of refurbishment and maintenance works ready for the new academic year.

This summer’s works include external redecoration, Crittall window replacements, new entrance hall panelling and the installation of new bedroom furniture.
