Every bathroom in this five-storey Georgian renovation was designed to have its own identity. 

The luxury master en suite, featuring a large walk-in steam shower, brass fittings and beautiful statement tiling. 

The family bathroom is centred around a stunning roll-top copper bath and generous walk-in rain shower. 
 
Meanwhile, the lower ground floor cloakroom proves that even the smallest rooms can make a big impact, with bold wallpaper, panelling, colourful finishes and plenty of character.

One of the biggest milestones on any build is getting the roof on, and we’re nearly there at our Saltdean renovation project.

With roofing works now approaching completion, the property is now weather-tight, allowing us to push ahead with the next stages both inside and out.

This project will transform the existing property into a modern three-bedroom family home, featuring a double-storey extension, reconfigured living spaces and extensive landscaping works.

Inside, plastering is progressing well, windows and doors are being installed, and the new room layouts are really beginning to come together.

Designed by this is a project that’s moved forward at real pace over the last few weeks.

A look back at last week’s progress from our Princes Square renovation project in Hove, and what a week it was ☀️

The new ground floor extension is now built, marking a major milestone in the transformation of this home. First fix plumbing and electrics are now underway as we move into the next phase of works.

Elsewhere on site, lintels and brickwork are being completed by Walls & Millis, new windows are being installed by and are fitting the new woodburner.

This is a busy site, with works progressing across all areas as we deliver a full reconfiguration and refurbishment of the property, creating a modern family home centred around a large open-plan kitchen and dining space.

While most were trying to stay cool during the heatwave, the team were hard at work to keep this project on track.

After some delays with planning, we’re pleased to be sharing an update on our Trafalgar Street project and are looking forward to getting back on site soon.

This exciting scheme will see an existing building transformed into two residential flats and a purpose-built music studio, alongside a new rear extension.

The completed layout will provide a music studio across the basement and ground floor levels, with two flats occupying the first and second floors, a fantastic example of a mixed-use conversion breathing new life into an existing Brighton property.

Designed by we’re excited to see this project move forward and bring the plans to life.

Bedrooms of dreams...

Our Georgian home renovation in Brighton is a perfect example of how thoughtful design can completely transform a space.

Across all three bedrooms, bespoke cabinetry, integrated wardrobes and classic cast iron radiators have been carefully designed to complement the original character of this five-storey seaside townhouse.

The master suite combines restored period features with a luxury en suite bathroom complete with walk-in steam shower, brass fittings and statement tiling, while the children’s bedrooms bring a more playful feel through bold colours, layered textures and standout wallpapers.
