Called to emergency today radiator fallen off the wall looks like previous plumber struggled to get a fixing but thought that would do capped off and made safe

Emergency boiler exchange carried out today but in arrival tested gas to find there was a leak so fitted boiler and investigate leak and after abit of work found someone had fitted a new stud wall and screws though the gas pipe twice .

Replaced pipe and tested all left working

All plumbing , heating and gas work carried out

Recently got asked by a customer how she can make the limescale better in her house she didn’t want a water softener so I suggested a product called an Auqabion water conditioner which are not cheap but simply fit on the incoming main .
having fitted a few of these I gave her the link and said read up on see what she thought herself .
She quickly contacted me and said yes and this is her reply to me 2 days after I fitted it .
