Our team is on-site at 14 The Highway, getting ready for major underpinning works. Before the structural work begins, we’ve been busy with site setup, removing the porch, patio, skirting, flooring, and loft insulation.

Regency Square
📍 Brighton, East Sussex

We’re thrilled to share a look at the lower-ground floor suite at 29 Regency Square, built by the Woodhart team for Sigma Plus Hotels.

Spanning 107 sqm just steps from the seafront, this project saw us completely transform the space into an expansive, light-filled three-bedroom retreat designed for high-end coastal stays.

We carefully blended restored Victorian character with modern craftsmanship, installing high-spec acoustic soundproofing, bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, and spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms.
Featuring a custom kitchen and an open-plan dining space built to host up to 10 guests, the finished suite balances seamless luxury with functional, multi-guest living.

It was a fantastic project for our construction and fit-out teams to deliver, bringing new life and exceptional quality to one of Brighton’s most iconic squares.

Great progress from the carpentry team at Nicholas King Homes in Virginia Water.

With just the final two plots left to complete, the roofs are on and around 50% of the site is now fully finished internally.

It’s fantastic to see so many of these homes reaching completion as we head
towards the final stages of the development.
