Suite 10
📍 Regency Square, Brighton

We are so excited to show off this stunning top-floor studio space we brought to life for Sigma Plus Regency Square Suites in central Brighton.

Spanning 31 square metres, this suite is all about blending period coastal charm with total modern luxury. We transformed this top-floor layout into a bright, airy retreat, complete with cosy underfloor heating, integrated air conditioning for those warmer summer days, and beautiful bespoke finishing throughout. It’s the perfect mix of historic Brighton character and boutique comfort!

We are so proud to have worked on this project with the Sigma Plus team, and we are absolutely delighted with how bright, welcoming, and beautiful the final studio turned out.

We are incredibly proud to be delivering the structural frame packages on such an impactful development, and we are delighted with how the site is taking shape month by month.

We are thrilled to announce the completion of Streams Farm, a substantial replacement home redevelopment set in the heart of the West Sussex countryside.

This project involved the complete demolition of the existing dwelling to make way for a bespoke, contemporary family home designed to blend seamlessly into its rural surroundings. Blending traditional masonry construction with modern structural steelwork, engineered timber floor systems, and a bespoke cut roof, the build required meticulous planning and technical coordination at every stage.

From extensive initial groundworks, infrastructure updates, and site logistics to fine-tuning the final architectural details, our team worked hand-in-hand with the client and design team to bring this vision to life safely and to the highest standard.

We are incredibly proud to have delivered this project and are absolutely delighted with the final results.

We are incredibly proud to share a closer look at Suite 4, a stunning second-floor, two-bedroom apartment completed as part of our extensive Regency Square restoration project in Brighton.

Overlooking the iconic i360, this project required our team to carefully balance the preservation of Brighton's historic coastal architecture with the installation of premium, modern luxury.

Key construction & fit-out highlights on Suite 4...

Smart Spatial Design: Engineered a seamless flow from the welcoming hallway into a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area.

Acoustic Excellence: Installed high-end soundproofing to completely isolate the coastal city buzz, ensuring absolute tranquillity inside.

Boutique Finishes: Delivered a luxury shower room complete with a walk-in rain shower, premium precision fittings, custom refined lighting, and a standout feature wall.

Maximising the Layout: Optimised natural light in Bedroom 1 to beautifully frame the sea views, while creating a peaceful, private sanctuary in Bedroom 2 overlooking the internal courtyard.

From the solid front doors to the refined finishes, every detail of the Regency Square project was executed to an outstanding standard. Huge credit to our talented team and subcontractors for bringing this elegant vision to life!

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our recent roofing project at a care home in Copthorne, Crawley and we crossed the finish line early!

While we were originally allocated a strict 10-week timeline, the efficiency, teamwork, and hard work of the Woodhart crew allowed us to shave an entire week off the schedule, delivering the completed roof in just 9 weeks. Keeping disruption to a minimum is always a priority for us, especially on live healthcare and care home sites.
