t really interested in such as faulty dripping taps , toilet malfunctions, shower breakdowns the type of jobs which arent going to cost the customer lots of money, and we are able to be quick & efficient at a time that is suitable to the customer inc weekends & evenings as most of the jobs are able to be done within a smaller time frame freeing up customers to still work and not take time off from work costing them a days money or valuable holiday time!!Yes there are occasions when we cant always schedule the works in but will endeavour to our best to . We have been active members of "Checkatrade" which advertises regularly on ITV & also in colaboration with 'Cowboy Builders on Channel 5'

Get in touch for helpful tips on lowering your bills with your heating system.
Simple things can make a huge difference .
Turning down your room thermostat 1degree can save you upto 10% on your bill.
In rooms that you don't use very much turn the radiator thermostat to a lower setring say No 2 as opposed to turning it completely off.

Keeping the heating on constantly keeps the house warm and stops huge temp dips especially of a nighttime so when it comes on in the morning the boiler will be going flat out to get the house warm again.

A simple trick to see if this helps is to write down the gas meter reading on a Monday for eg
Run the system for a week on the normal on/off settings on the programmer and the following Monday take another reading subtract the 1st reading from the second this will give you a figure of let's say 75
The next week do the same but with the heating on constant and then compare the results side by side . If you see a big difference on say it being on constant then stay on the timed settings
If you see it the other way then keep it on constant. When doing this exercise make sure you have similar outside temperatures otherwise you'll get false results.

Well what a horror fest to find 1st day back , customer was getting flies & sewage smell in her shower room, she couldn't understand, until I removed the toilet !!
To add to it ,it appears what I 1st thought was s**t everywhere some of it was dried blood from a deceased rat that had chewed its way through the flexible toilet connector & then tried to escape. When I keep thinking I've seen it all as a plumber up pops something else!!
