Todays job in saltdean ......cutting down some hugely uneven brick piers (dunno what the plasterers was smoking or seeing) about 400mm between some ...cut all piers to lowest level where they could be balanced and added some top capping just to tidy area up on a budget plaster first cut neatly to save blowing or craking cavitys filled then sbf bonding slurry to fix onto existing lick of paint and she will be grand...... we then fitted a new side access gate why we was there to help keep dog secure

Here is a replacement of 3 bays of feather Edge fencing in saltdean carried out this week .....as old set up was very tired ....customer opted for maximum height legally avaliable...With top capping and decrotive round posts for astetics and privacy being its on a public alleyway/footpath .......we also fitted a extra wide gate to aid access.... fencing done rite . All post are on ground level post protection sleeves garanteed for 15 years+ ........If you or anyone you know would like similar then dm me many thanks

🌲Huge tree planting operation mature instant and beautifull in less than ideal conditions but all projects have a timeline.

All these rootball Golden Smaragd - Northern White Cedar trees had to be lifted in by crane as each rootball tree weight was in excess of 350kg

All pits where previously dug to depth and better growing medium added to suit the specific tree type also previous soil was not in fit condition for these beauty's

Soon after we set to building a front lawn area to admire the trees from this was also quite involved and made trickier by working conditions and season.

All in all turned out well and achieved desired look as a backdrop to this project

*Hardwood oak tier planters with built in internal tool storage

*Modern porcilain patio

*Concrete shed base and new shed supplied and fitted by us

*Complete replenished lawn (new build rubble non sustainable sub lawn removed ....*not overlawned like many do so it's long term healthy/sustainable

*Additional pedestrian access door installed to side of garage to allow access internally

*Large corner sun deck with privacy screening for them summer cocktails 🍾

Plant establishment 1 year after A beautiful house project 🤩we spent much time on year before last

With so many details and landscaping elements done this house is like a fine wine and will only become better with age.

From fencing, sleeper works,driveway (not entrance/crossover), large tree planting ,lawn establishment and so much more

All planting provided by English woodlands creating a beautiful marble surround to the pool pits where dug by us then we topped up with premium growing media ...with a beautifull mix of golden privet,euronomous,red Robin (photinia)

Many more bits to come from this one and look forward seeing year 2 growth and establishment

Job complete in brunswick place in hove .....old disused garden re purposed... hardwood oak sleepers dressing tree...soil improvement 6 tonnes in 6 tonnes out all through the house in flexi tubs as zero side acces ... smart board composite decking area with small retainer for lawn also and few other bits ... 🍃🛠🤩 the decking boards are the same batch colour on mitre its light refraction making one look black one look grey .....

🤓 "from upside down to lawn worthy of a crown"👑

670sqm 😳

This was a huge challenge taken on after heavy building excavation works it had been heavily tracked with 13 tonne digger

Suffering soil compaction and would not free drain to no suprise

Customer wanted a long term sustainable lawn that can stay healthy and thrive this involves multiple processes to archive this being our starting point 🙃

First plough and harrow tractor 🚜 to decompact turn and aerate soil

Then chariot roller and dresser

Sub soils then re settled some removed (many tonnes)for a better sub soil build up

We then brought in by articulated lorry 120 tonnes of premium virgin/dug topsoil

Lawn level was a important factor and the customer and I was taking it quite seriously hence the lines 😉

From rubble to build up then to first cut what a turn around truly amazing family lawn 🙌 👌

And I know this one's good for a long time ⌛️ enjoy ⚘️🦋🌳🌱

Ground build up of side paths hardwood sleeper aswell as soft wood sleeper upcycling from another area of garden un-used

Simple steeping stone type paver arrangement with a shingle border

Including some decking to allow access from main rear patio up side paths and to house the ac unit to keep the house cool around summertime 😎
