Completed.. a beachfront family home in Middleton, Bognor — designed around our client’s tastes and the site. The house features five bedrooms, roof terraces, a sauna, pool, outside kitchen, a sunken wine cellar and a central fire area. We used stone cladding, a slate roof and curved elements to give the house a grounded, timeless feel.

Sustainability was integral: MVHR, a heat-pump heating system and insulation above regulation help keep the home comfortable and efficient year-round. As architects who guide clients from concept to completion, we aim to make high-quality, eco-driven homes that feel effortless to live in.

The curve of this house is derived via the path of the sun and the views across the valley, the light travels around the main living spaces of the house from South East to South West, creating different light feelings throughout the day...
