On this one, we raised all of the boiler pipework by 12 inches in the loft space so the builders could install a new structural support plate.

It’s one of those jobs that most people will never notice once it’s finished—but getting it right means the next trades can do their work safely, and the heating system continues to operate exactly as it should.
