Work is moving on well at 14 Brunswick Square, where the preparation stage has now been carried out across this Regency building. A large amount of delaminating paint has been removed, the render repairs have been completed, and the project is now ready for the decorating phase.

From here, the decorators will be working in line with the Brunswick Estate specification as the front elevation continues to come back together.

Work is now well underway at Victory Mews in Brighton Marina, with the masonry repairs progressing across the block as we rake out failed joints and prepare for fresh pointing. Access has been from both the scaffold and our in house cherry picker, as we work through the masonry and get each area properly prepared.

Once the repointing is complete, we’ll be bringing in the DOFF cleaner to wash down the brickwork and masonry ahead of the next stage of the programme.

A look back at the difference from start to finish at 27 Brunswick Place.

This project has now been completed, with repairs carried out to the chimneys and both sides of the building. Areas around the chimneys were re-asphalted and treated with Acrypol to help prevent water ingress, with new chimney pots installed to finish the works off properly.

3 Cavendish Place is now fully complete, with the scaffold down and the finished result now on show.

This external maintenance project has included roofing, render and joinery repairs, along with window and door repairs, ironwork repairs and full redecoration throughout. With the upper elevations, basement level and all final finishes now wrapped up, the building has been fully brought back together and finished to a strong standard.

Before we get started at 46 Brunswick Square, a look at the building ahead of this new major works project getting underway in Brighton.

The programme will involve a full front elevation renovation, including minor roof works, render repairs and joinery repairs as part of the wider external maintenance package. A lot to be tackled on this one, and we’ll be sharing the progress as it moves forward.

Good feedback like this always means a lot, especially when it comes from professionals who oversee the work closely.

The works at 27 Brunswick Place are now complete, with repairs carried out to the chimneys and both sides of the building. Areas around the chimneys have been re-asphalted and treated with Acrypol to help protect against water ingress, with new chimney pots also installed to finish things off properly.

A new major works project is now underway at 14 Brunswick Square, with the front elevation set for a full external renovation. We’ve started by raking out the cracks, removing loose render and taking back failed paintwork in preparation for the repair and redecoration stages later in the programme.

Alongside that, the scheme will also include minor roof works, render repairs and joinery repairs as we work through the full package across the elevation.

We’re nearly there now at 3 Cavendish Place. The scaffold has been struck and the upper elevations are complete, giving a much clearer view of how the building is coming together. Ironwork repairs have also been carried out and are now being decorated, while the last of the works are focused around the basement level.

With the roofing, render, joinery, window and door repairs all behind us, it’s now down to the final stages of decoration as this external maintenance project moves towards completion.
