💙 New peer support group for people living with long-term pain from a muscle, joint or bone issue

Pain Wise Together is a new peer support group offering a friendly space for people living with long-term pain to connect with others, share experiences and explore ways of living well with pain.

📅 14 October, 11 November, 9 December
📍 St Richard’s Community Centre, Hove, 1pm–3pm

Octobers group is a Mindful Movement session with Brighton Natural Health Foundation

Volunteering today working in The Story Trail shop in Churchill Square. The shop is open Thursday- Sunday where you can buy some great merchandise , all raising money for the brilliant charity Amaze . You can also find one of the benches in the shop as part of the trail.

Today, we met up with the brilliant aritst IIona Drew I DREW This who designed and painted "Sweet Memory", our bench we sponsored for The Story Trail. The trail is a free family friendly art trail in Brighton and Hove, showcasing over 30 large bookbench sculptures designed by local artists, along with smaller benches decorated by schools and community groups. The event will raise money for the wonderful charity Amaze, who work with families with disabled children.
Don't forget, we are running a competition to win 4 tickets to see The Snowman with live orchestra, at The Dome Saturday 19th December. You can find the details on The Story Trail app or by visiting our website www.phbeck.co.uk

Restoring a Worthing Landmark, The Eardley

We’re proud to have recently completed a full external redecoration and repair programme at The Eardley — a stunning six storey collection of luxury beachfront apartments in Worthing.

Working alongside BLB Surveyors, our team delivered a carefully planned scheme designed to protect the building from the challenges of coastal exposure while enhancing its elegant appearance. With all apartments fully occupied throughout, we ensured minimal disruption and maintained full services at every stage.

Our works included:
• Full scaffolding installation to all elevations
• Removal and reinstatement of glass balustrades
• Crack repairs and preparation of rendered surfaces
• Complete external redecoration using maximum exposure Weathershield coatings
• Thorough cleaning of all windows, doors and frames

The result is a refreshed, resilient exterior that reflects the building’s prestige and its prominent position on the Worthing seafront.
