Removed the old, rotten door and frame and replaced them with a brand-new timber frame and beautiful hardwood stable door. A simple, traditional design that adds a lovely country-style feel to this basement in Hove.

Now all ready for the finishing touches and decoration. 🔨🚪✨

Bathroom Conversion & Plumbing Upgrade – Brighton

Another bathroom successfully converted into a modern shower room in Brighton.

The room was fully plastered and skimmed, with new waste pipes and plumbing installed throughout. We also upgraded the lighting with energy-efficient LED fittings and a new switch to complement the room’s design.

Dura wall panels were installed throughout the shower room, providing a clean, modern and low-maintenance finish. The flooring was completed using luxury click vinyl, creating a practical and stylish finish.

As part of the plumbing works, we upgraded the cold-water storage tank in the attic and installed a new tank stand. This was necessary to accommodate the installation of a pump with a Surrey fl**ge, allowing us to provide pumped hot water throughout the property due to the existing gravity-fed system.

All materials and products for the project were supplied by City Plumbing.

This project transformed two rooms in Burgess Hill into one stunning new bathroom.

We removed the dividing wall, blocked of doorway, built a new stud wall for the WC and basin, and completely restructured the floor, as it had bowed and was up to 25mm out of level.

The room was then fully re-plastered and finished with:
• LED lighting
• Karndean flooring
• Multipanel wall panelling
• Touch-latch storage
• A bespoke shower niche

We also installed all new plumbing and waste pipework to the soil stacks, creating a high-quality finish throughout.

Full kitchen installation complete in Worthing, all wiring, plumbing altered with all new sink plumbing outside tap and all new wastes to soil. Plastered only where required two walls to keep costs down. Latexed and prepped concrete floor already for a beautiful Herringbone pattern LVT. Finished window with new UPVC window board.
Already for client to decorate for final finish.

Full kitchen installation all complete in Brighton. Wall and door removed to give an open plan / breakfast bar seating. Rewired, plastered, all plumbing renewed with new wastes. Removal of radiator in dining room side with new radiator relocated in kitchen side. Solid oak work tops with brick bond pattern tiling on walls, we self level floor for new LVT plank flooring, with finishing touches of led lighting to ceiling and wall cupboards.
Already for customer to decorate.

Another garden project complete in Findon Valley, 50 square metres of patio repaired due to many loose, all ground out and re pointed with Sika product, chemically treated and power washed four times, all old rubble, pots, trellis, bricks removed and disposed off filling up 12 square yards of skips!! this included large old wooden shed, green house and large thick concrete hard stands with block paving paths. Old pond removed and fish relocated. Removed all three old side gates and posts and installed new!
